  2. Verify correct wallet address and token
  3. Contact support with transaction hash
Wrong token or network?
  1. Click wallet icon (top right)
  2. Export wallet based on chain:
    • EVM → export Polygon
    • SOL → export Solana
  3. Import private key to your wallet provider to recover funds
